Ensure effective workouts with our (virtual) Step by Step Training tool!
Being able to train effectively regardless of physical location is now possible. Training in a virtual environment.
In addition to training for general onboarding and update matters such as safety and company procedures, we also offer process-related training. These are more specific training courses in the field of assembly/disassembly, commissioning, use, service and maintenance.
Our training can be completely virtual. But sometimes it is more effective to organize a combination with a physical application. As a trainer/supervisor you watch and support via the built-in Remote Assist functionality.
The Step by Step Trainings are based on animation of actions, which greatly reduces text or drawing interpretation. This ensures less lead time and fewer interpretation errors. In addition, it offers the opportunity to learn at your own pace and frequency. Internal studies at PWC, for example, have shown that this way of training is more stuck, more fun and more interesting by employees.
A large part of the manual work of the training courses to be created is automated. Our 3D model converter prepares, in combination with, for example, Step files, the link with animations. The link with animation libraries makes optimization easy so that text use can be greatly reduced. Of course, links with video and other existing explanations or instructions are possible.

Onboard new hires with our virtual Step by Step Instructions tool!
Staff (own or customer's) are supported with virtual, visualized Step by Step instructions. Where necessary, these instructions are provided with animations. You support less experienced staff in processes such as assembly, commissioning, use and maintenance. It can also be used as a guideline for the checklist to be carried out. More experienced employees can use fewer steps via alternative S-b-S Instruction sets.
Retrospective analysis of the required lead time serves as the basis for further process optimizations.

Staff (own or from the customer) creates support messages, prepares based on 'instructions', carries out the work based on experience and is supported by animated instructions and, where necessary, remotely supported through Remote Support and Remote Control.
Interaction with videos, pdf instructions and device instructions are supported so that all necessary information is available with the use of 1 environment.
The combination of S-b-S Instructions and Checklists simplifies execution processes, prevents failure costs and increases ‘First Time Right’.
