Building Virtuality PaaS (Include comparative diagram Bentley and 3DEx)
A turnkey PaaS for 3D/AR/VR/MR/XR solutions, underpinning the four standard apps Content & Preparation, Design & Sales, Realization & Progress, Maintenance & Support.
  • Building Virtuality offers multi-device support combined with multi-view.
  • Using multi angle-input, including 3dCad, IFC, Point Clouds offers a solid basis for developments in a multidisciplinary environment. With the Content & Preparation functionalities this brings the solution even further in supporting AEC processes then just a Virtual Twin.
  • Organizing role-based user access, tailored to specific needs, enhances accessibility for diverse types of users.
  • By using REST/WebSocket API’s the applications can be extended to your external partner solutions for simulations, cost calculations and plans.
 

 Building Virtuality import/export & conversion / optimization

  • Import/Export: exporter plugins (e.g., Revit) for whole projects or individual models; direct import of FBX, IFC, and any custom formats. Using the right extensions we also convert Point Cloud files.
  • Importing Geo and Gis files enables you to place your developments within or over existing maps. In the Netherlands Cyclo-Media is a splendid example there-of.
  • Conversion & Optimization: auto-generates LOD-appropriate assets for all target hardware (smartphones, tablets, PCs/WebGL, VR/MR), keeps a single source of truth in the cloud, with six discrete quality levels for large projects.

  • Different scenario outcomes will result in differences in KPI outcomes. Which will enable the Generative Design application to propose 4 to 5 alternatives to stakeholders to be discussed. 1 or 2 alternatives will be selected and pushed into further development stages.
