Once we’ve gained a broader mutual understanding, we jointly select the medium- and short-term needs. We use proven checklists for this, based on which we determine the follow-up goals together.

Digitalization strategy

Succes lijkt vaak in kleine deeloplossingen te halen. De echte bedrijfs resultaten komen pas bij een integrale digitalisatie. Geen overdracht tussen afdelingen of met partners maar een digitale naadloze aansluiting waar data en datastructuren op elkaar aansluiten. Zonder menselijke tussen interpretatie. Dan is tekening of pdf niet genoeg. Vaak ook de 3d Cad uitwisseling niet. Next level bereik je met samenwerking en uitwisseling met AR/VR/MR. Waar het om gaat? Hoe zorg je voor een omgeving waar, in partnership, verschillende disciplines elkaar kunnen en willen verstaan.  Hier tegenover staat de traditionele manier van projectmatig inkopen en puur transactioneel  ‘samenwerken’; uitspelen van meerdere toeleveranciers en vasthouden aan je eigen gelijk.

CMM (Capability Maturity Model) for Digitalization
Hoe verhoudt de stand van je organisatie (qua niveau van digitalisatie)  zich (op delen en niveaus) tot uitgesproken en benoemde ambities. Een CMM helpt bij het in kaart brengen van aandachtspunten die verholpen moeten worden om het totaal vooruit te kunnen laten gaan. Ook hier speelt integraliteit een belangrijke rol. Ook voor het tijdig en succesvol embedden van innovaties. Te veel succesvolle innovatie pilots belanden in de kast.
 

Project Management

When projects are larger in scale with more participants and stakeholders, and require a situation-specific setup and execution, a project manager is indispensable. In such cases, a balanced project leader is often needed on both the client and supplier sides. This may also necessitate a structure of working group management, project management, and steering committee management. This can be important for large-scale implementation projects — certainly for company-wide digitalization projects.
